All invoices must:
- Be submitted within 14 days of completed work.
- Have accurate street address, street name spelled correctly, correct unit number (wrong address, invoice will not be paid)
- Have the correct RR-Services Work Order # (Work Order#12345-1)
- Include Date Serviced was performed.
- Detailed professional description of work performed.
- Typed, no handwritten invoiced will be accepted.
Your Work:
- Invoices not received within 60 days of completion will not be paid, non negotiable.
- All work must be high quality, guaranteed and warrantied!
- Be flexible, willing to work overtime hours, weekends as emergency requests as needed.
- Communication is Key! We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Must inform us of when your work order is scheduled and completed. Non negotiable.
